Isn't there a clear/rescan button for the device listing? But endeavor rebooting the gateway (pull plug for fifteen secs. and permit information technology fully reboot). Or factory reset (push red button in the back for about 15 secs.) merely if you do the factory reset any changes you lot made to the gateway will be lost.

Hello @cajunfla1!
It looks like y'all accept a Motorola gateway. If that is the case, you can clear the list by logging into your gateway at http://192.168.1.254, going to device list, and selecting articulate and rescan for devices." If there are devices still showing upwardly, they are even so connected to your gateway and y'all will want to disconnect them if you do not desire them to be on there. You may need to change the wireless password if unauthorized devices are connecting wireless.

Did a reboot yesterday. All the old devices still there. No articulate/rescan button available. I'll endeavor a reset later. Cheers for the help!
Thanks Jenn !! That worked!!
And then I'1000 curious. How is ATTCares proposition about using the articulate and rescan different from my suggestion of the aforementioned thing when yous said you don't have that push? Or was it just that you actually had all those devices connected and you merely needed to physically disconnect them?

Sorry Ace, I focused on your suggestion of rebooting, and didn't dig deep enough/click enough places to find the clear button. And NO, all those devices were not nonetheless continued. They by and large were erstwhile devices nosotros no longer own and had traded in for updated ones, or gave away to our grandkids.
How-do-you-do. This answers the question I have also, but I was wondering if this clear and rescan activity will in any mode effect the devices connected to the gateway via Ethernet cable? My home security is on the gateway via Ethernet & if something happens to the programming, the visitor charges me to become back in to my gateway to reprogram it. Thank you.

@Mishlz1 - No, information technology just rebuilds the display based on the currently connected devices.
